I had my hands on one for a couple of days. Sort of Newt's answer to the Busse SH II. Newt uses a simpler steel and is 3/16" at the spine, so lighter and faster than the Busse. A decent chopper, if not as heavy as the SH II it makes up for it with a thinner profile so sinks pretty deep. The straight handle and more acute point bring the knife more in line with a potential military role (i.e., combat), but all in all, I'd say a great camp knife in its blade size, and you can't beat Newt's prices.
