Here is a gorgeous custom handmade slipjoint folder from John in genuine India Sambar stag, professionally pressure dyed & very good looking. For those who are not familiar with Lloyd, there is a thread with some info on this Missouri maker - good guy, here on BF's.com in the Traditional sub forum.
This knife is 3-3/4" closed,a nice EDC size. It is 6-5/8" open & has a blade that measures 2-7/8" from the tip to the bolster ,with a 2-5/8" cutting edge.It has mill relieved ss liner,ss pins, and the bolster is ss with a satin finish. Blade & spring are W2 carbon steel,a tough cutlery steel. Hollow ground & has a hand rubbed finish. Very medium spring tension, nice walk 'n' talk.Spring is flush in all half stop positions. No blade play. This is John's current work, and is very good.
Price is $old shipped,via US Postal Priority,with insurance & delivery confirmation,in the Con U.S.
Paypal fee's are included
knife ships with a storage case

What steel was used for blade, liners, etc...?

W-2 carbon on the blade & spring,SS pins, bolster & mill relieved liner,as described in my original post . I'd say the liner & bolster is 416 ss
Thank You,
-Vince
