Here's a nice handmade custom slipjoint by John Lloyd with a blade of 52100 carbon steel, spring, too. The liners are ss & mill relieved at the tang. SS inlaid "Missouri Fish" shield is pinned.Ebony scales are pinned w/ ss pins. SS bolster. Hand rubbed satin finish blade, has a long pull & a swedge, pretty thin grind, should sharpen up to a razor! It's real sharp now! This is a thin light knife, with a medium easy spring tension, and the blade is "pinchable",too,it'll make a great EDC /work knife. You can see the pivot pin in the ss bolster, the blade centers decent. It has a few handling marks but is un used. This knife is 4.25" closed & 7-3/4" open. The blade measures 3.5" from tip to bolster with a 3.25" cutting edge. The spring is flush in all half stop positions. Nice spear point,to carry & use
