Here's a big two blade by John,his current work. Hafted in very nice amber stag.This knife is 4-5/8" closed,8-3/8" open with either the spey or drop point blade.
The blades measure 3-3/4" from tip to bolster,with 3-3/8" cutting edges.
Stainless mill relieved liners.52100 carbon blades & springs.Hollow grind,satin hand rubbed finish. Crescent nail nicks.Both blades have perfect & even snap,equal to each other.Both springs are flush in all half stop positions & center well,closed.The big knife flares to a relatively thin 13/16" at the butt.
this is a magnificent knife John built fashioned after the Remington 1123
