Just in,a nice smaller Lanny clip rendition from John ,hafted in mammoth. The mammoth ivory has nice color & is matched side to side.This knife is 3-3/8" closed & 5-7/8" opened up. The blade is just shy of 2-5/8" and has 2.25" of cutting edge. CPM 154 ss blade & spring.
The blade has a satin finish,a crescent nail nick & cut swedge. Hollow ground ,razor sharp.Very smooth action,the pull is about a 5+. Blade centers,spring is flush. Liners are ss & mill relieved,ss pins. Stainless bolster is nicely "pinched".
A very nice knife from John.
Note,on the backside of this knife,the front pin towards the bolster,there is a hairline pin check that extends from the pin to the spine,so I am pricing this one accordingly,this gorgeous little knife just needs someone to carry & use it.

This knife is a bolsterless "shadow" pattern trapper,with a skinner blade profile. It has teal -ish green canvas micarta & a fancy inlaid & pinned ss shield.It is 3-7/8" closed,7" open. Stainless liners are mill relieved,ss pins.The blade is 3-1/8" with 2-7/8" of cutting edge. Blade & spring are CPM 154 ss. Crescent nail pull,drawn swedge and a satin finish on the blade. Hollow ground & razor sharp. Blade centers perfect,smooth & snappy 5 to 6 pull. Spring is flush in all half stop positions,blade centers closed. This one can be "pinched" or plucked open.Very ,very nice work from John.

Here is a fantastic knife,a beefy trapper hafted in Ebony. Inlaid & pinned ss Federal shield,ss bolster. Liners are ss & mill relieved,ss pins. CPM 154 SS blade & spring. Hollow ground thin & perfect,about as perfect a grind you'll see on this knife.
Crescent nail pull,cut swedge,and a satin finish on the blade. Knife measures 3-7/8" closed & 6-7/8" open. 3" blade with 2-3/4" cutting edge. Spring is flush in all half stop positions,blade centers nicely. Very smooth & snappy 5+ to 6+
spring pull with great lock up.If you tend to steer towards the lighter pull this one might not be for you,it is more towards a firm pull. I like them like this. Another fantastic offering from John Lloyd.
