Here is a very fine & good looking,well built,sharp,solid custom handmade slipjoint folder from John,hafted in that gorgeous Ram horn. Grippy! Texture &color,very unique,very well done.
It measures 3-5/8" closed,6.5" open. The blade is 2-7/8" with 2-5/8" of cutting edge. Very smooth action,fantastic walk n talk about a medium 5 to 6 pull.Spring is flush,blade centers well,no rub. SS pinched bolster with satin finish.SS mill relieved liners,ss pins. Blade & spring are CPM-154 ss. Hollow grind,satin finish,crescent nail pull,cut swedge.
