I have this like new in box Cold Steel Code 4 for sale. The only indication that it is not new is that it has some barely visible scratches at the tip. I carried it once and used it to open a box. I have tried to show them in the picture, but they are difficult to see even in person. No visible clip or scale wear. This TRIAD lock (I AM VERY SORRY!!! IT IS A TRIAD LOCK, NOT AXIS LOCK!!! This was just a mis typing. The triad lock is completely different from the axis lock (which is patented by Benchmade). The triad is a modified/strengthened back lock. A very good lock, but not at all an axis lock) is super smooth, the smoothest lock back I've felt. It does have a heavy spring as with all triad locks, which makes it difficult to depress the lock until broken in. If you haven't tried a triad lock you should jump on this one, it inspires confidence. This spear blade shape would be great for work, utility, or defense. It's super thin and unobtrusive in pocket, and the clip works well. It's also extremely ergonomic. The edge came and remains paper cutting sharp. As is my experience with Cold Steel, the knife has EXCEPTIONAL fit and finish for the low price tag. I actually think this is a great knife and really like it, however I was looking for a knife with blade length specifically under 3.5" blade length.
