I have a near brand-new Plantronics 320 bluetooth phone headset. I got it with my new Verizon phone last December, used it maybe 3 times (once to check that it worked) and since then it has just sat in my room. It works awesomely and is in pristine condition. I found all the papers except the back of the box, but I am pretty sure you do not need it to operate it as there are seperate instructions. External on/off and volume control, lighted interface panel, ambidextrous.
