I could call it BNIB but since I opened box, test flipped it, and sliced a sheet of paper, I'm calling it LNIB. I consider the $ 25 I'm losing off list price and the $15 shipping and fees to be the rental costs I've paid to learn that this knife is smaller than I expected. Finish, fit, function, lockup are perfect and the CPM 20 CV blade is razor sharp. Great gentleman's knife or office knife. Not the replacement for my TAD Dauntless I was expecting.
