This folder is d2 maroon micarta and bronze bushings on sides of blade.

I'm "hear" . It looks amazing, how did you cut the nail nick/hole.

The nail nick was cut in with a mill cutter so a right or left hand can use it.

You should get yourself a good surface plate and flatten all your parts on it. You will have a much better fit up of the parts when they are good and flat.
