Lock differences

Looking at getting a Vulcan when it comes out, and I was curious about the Arc-lock it has and how it varies from the one in my Trident and Flash 1. Chris or anyone with info would be great.

There was a detailed thread some time ago about the Arc lock, but my search doesn't want to play right now.:grumpy: Take a look if you get a chance, it explains it vs the Axis lock as well.

The Arc-Lock is very different from the lock on the Flash and Trident. The Flash and Trident use a sliding piston type lock to lock the blade in the open position. Where the Arc-Lock has a spring loaded cam the wedges into the tang of the blade in the open position. We had images of these in last years catalog and I have uploaded them for you to see.
