Lockback vs Frame lock

So it appears that the lockback mechanism is the current heavy weight champ. I agree ! I like Sodbusters too
 
I don't know. If I've got a folder in my hand the question I'm asking myself is if the lock is strong enough, do I have the right tool in my hand?

Yeah, but think of the potential lateral strength of a slip joint! No washers since you don't need reduce friction as much, and you can have the joint really tight so the blade can't act as a lever as much. I mean, sod buster. The name practically implies prying dirt and weeds.
 
I am closing this thread. I think FFK is just a kid or something making random posts and threads. Lets all move along and let him dream about sodbusters.
