Locks and Joints

I was thinking it might be a good idea if someone could post together with diagrams as to what a slipjoint, liner lock, compression lock axis lock, frame lock would look like.

This would be of great help to the newbies and lurkers who wish to gain further knowledge of blades and other related objects.

The Lock FAQ´s ??, sounds like a great idea to me, if someone wants to do it, seems like not an easy job, with all the diferent types and something new coming out every now and then.

There is something about liner locks in the Knowledge Base under TUTORIALS/FAQ´s by Joe Tlamdge and A.T Barr, more on testing the lock than describing it.
