She also said some knives they sell are more difficult to assemble than others which is why they recommend sending the knife in to be opened. I agree with her 100%

Lol I'm just glad to have an answer from spyderco, to many people don't know what there talking about.
 
Yay...problem solved. Why do we need two threads about the same topic? Rhetorical question. Closed.
