As posted previously, I am offering the following knives for sale only because I need to liquidate assets so I can purchase photography equipment. Were it not for that, the knives would not be offered for sale.
There are two threads of knives for sale: one for customs and one for production knives. There are 16 knives (total) up for sale.
Once 15 of the remaining knives are sold, I will draw a name (from the names of those who have purchased a knife) and award the winner the final remaining knife free of charge. Each purchase equates to one chance. The free knife will be the last unsold knife.
The following is a list of names already in the drawing:
Blaid

RKMoore
w.t. anderson
magnumb

If the remaining knives do not sell, I will close this thread and hold the drawing from the list of buyers. In that case, the awarded knife will be a knife of my choosing. The remaining knives will either go up on the auction site, or be kept as I had originally intended.
I accept paypal, USPS Money Orders, and personal checks (held until cleared). I will ship USPS priority mail, signature required, with insurance. Those who live outside the lower 48 (CONUS) will be responsible for additional shipping costs. I'll use the USPS website to approximate actual shipping costs. The prices listed include all costs for those in the lower 48 (CONUS).
Please post that you will take the knife, then contact me (email is best) for my paypal (or mailing) address. First in, first out - the first person claiming the knife, wins the knife.
Please - no lowball offers. The prices listed are extremely fair and far less than what I paid for the knife.
At these prices I cannot offer a return policy. If you feel I have somehow misrepresented the condition of the knife, please contact me. Otherwise, the knife is sold as is.
I will offer a discount if multiple knives are purchased at one time. That saves me shipping costs; which will be passed onto you. Take $5 off each additional knife purchased.

Da Brute (X2) - $140.00 each Top knife is SOLD to Wrightknife

1/4" at the spine. I think the steel used is 1084, but I'm not positive. The handles are Curly Maple. Black liners on both. Mosaic pins on one, stainless pins on the other.
I really cannot recall if I've used either of these knives or not. They certainly don't look as though they've seen any use, but if I did use them it was only for a few minutes (to test the sharpness). Both knives have some heft to them and feel great in hand. Lon does terrific work and these two are fine examples of his skill. They're beautiful works of art in my opinion.
Both knives are very sharp and would make fantastic hard-use knives.
They come with the leather sheaths that were provided when I bought the knives from Lon. The sheaths are Bark River sheaths and while adequate, aren't exact fits for the knives. I find the sheaths to be a little bit tight, but that could be considered a good thing I suppose. I had always planned on having custom sheaths made for these two beauties, but never got around to doing so.

Wood Drake - $150.00 SOLD to jboylermaker
1/8th" 1080 steel. Black/Green G10 with Maple inlay and black liners.
Multi carry leather sheath.
This is a gorgeous knife. It feels oh-so-wonderful in hand and balances wonderfully.
Unfortunately it arrived with a toothier edge than I like, so I sharpened it with my Work Sharp sharpener. That was a mistake (on my part)- as I ended up with marks on the blade. The marks might buff out - I don'tknow, since I didn't try - but they don't affect the blade (other than looks).Take a careful look at the pictures - as the scuff marks do show up in them.
This knife is priced substantially lower than the price I paid. It is likely the best bargain in a bunch of great bargains.
Other than the scuff marks, the knife is in brand new condition. I haven't used the knife at all - but the blade does have scuff marks from my sharpening efforts. BTW - it is sharp now.

Nessie - $140.00 SPF to baylea
1/8th" steel (1095 - I think), Bloodwood handles with black liners.
This knife is unused.
This is a gorgeous knife. The handles fill your hand nicely and have a warmth that only wood gives. It comes with a leather sheath (the knife sits deep in the sheath).
