For those who are interested, there's a solid knife show coming up in a couple of weeks. The show is April 9/10 at Market Hall in Dallas, Tx. We are up to about 70 makers with tables. There will be two days worth of Bladesports competition. We'll have some serious makers there, like Bill Ruple, Johnny Stout, Jerry Moen, and Loyd McConnell. Hope to see some of you there. If you're on this board and going as a table holder, post up some pics of what you're bringing.

Here is an in progress shot of one I will have available, an integral keyhole in VG10 stainless.

I had African Blackwood planned. During the fitting process, one of the "tangs" broke off. Epic failure, 12 hours labor down the drain. No keyhole integral for this year. There's still tables available if you can come up, James.

Well, poo! Love the blade profile; any chance of drawing out the integral bolster into a hidden tang? Not enough time before the show, probably, but in general?

Thanks for the invite, but it seems like two shows a year works best for me. I have two tables at the Blade Show this year and need to get inventory to fill them. :)

Can't forge that one out to fix it... VG10 stainless. I have an idea to salvage it.

Let's get this thread back on track. Here's one from Gary Langley.

I will be there. Will probably only have 4-5 pieces on the table.

Top knife in this photo by Eric Eggly will be available.

This one I just had photographed by Caleb Royer will also be there.

I have another folder that I don't currently have photos of and I'm going to try to finish two fixed blades. Got a busy week ahead!

Here are some kitchen knives I will have on my table. All AEBL with stabilized woods.

Going to be some really good looking knives there?

There should be Kevin, I missed last years show due to scheduling, but am hoping for a good turnout this year. Lots of newer makers, and new knives.

Looking forward to the CKCA banquet in June.

Johnny

It looks like there is going to be some pretty amazing knives there!! THANK YOU for posting pix, for those of us that can not be there.

I hear we are up to seventy tables of Knifemakers and knife supply vendors. Y'all come on out and see us.
