Lone Wolf D2 Black Plain Ti Blade (LD24050-PLN) Dual-Action S/O. Ergonomic handle, good size, and a double (or dual) action opener. Classic design by Bill Harsey and hard to find since LWK got bought out, this model tops the list of collectible LWK autos. Being this is the Limited production, this knife is a special run of 200 pieces.
This is a rare version of the already much sought after Lone Wolf D2. With no visible button exposed on the handle to fire the blade it is not easy for the untrainded eye to tell the D2 is an automatic knife. This allows the automatic feature to remain a secret as desired. It opens readily with just the thumb stud as needed. When fired the blade is very snappy.
The D2 has a stainless steel frame and heavy duty CPM-S30V blade. The Kraton handles are molded and textured for non slip grip. Built to military specifications . Built in the USA.
I got this knife in a trade and it was presented to me as new, however a few light scuff marks on the pocket clip only (see pictures) leads me to believe this knife was carried. Edge is stupid sharp and appears to be factory never sharpened. No box and no paperwork. A similar knife is going for Withdrawn goods gets it shipped to you. No trades unless its Lone Wolf related.
