lone wolf harsey t2 vs harsey beretta

So that would make it halfway between a T2 and a T3 in terms of size.
In the meantime, I received an answer by Mr. Renzo Fantoni, from Fantoni, the manufacturer. He explained that they had made a few blades using S125V in the past but although they still had some of that steel left they had no immediate plans to produce more. Also, if you check the Coltelleria Collini site, you will see that they show a picture with S125V on the blade, but the specs say S30V. They probably used an old stock picture from Fantoni.
I would assume that the Beretta and the Fantoni are absolutely identical and Beretta just puts its name on it for commercial purposes (it gets to market a nice knife, conversely Fantoni uses the Beretta name to enter the US market).
Does anybody here knows what happened between Lone Wolf and Bill Harsey?
I cannot imagine why Lone Wolf would discontinue their most popular line of knives ever. Was Bill Harsey asking for too much money? I doubt he gets nearly as much from Fantoni, they must sell a fraction of the volumes Lone Wolf used to sell.

Yes, it does seem to be bigger than the T2. If I measured the Beretta correctly , the blade length is about 4.25"

If you get the T2, I would go Micarta, rather than the FRN scales. I have the red/black Micarta T2, and it it very nice. I would also prefer the Beretta G-10 to the FRN.

I agree the FRN scales of the T2 are not extremely beautiful. The black and green micarta, the cocobolo or the even more rare french Walnut would be my top choices.

i recieved my beretta bh folder today. it is well made, but the blade was off center, rubbing on the liner. also it only locks up covering only the 1st part of the tang, leaving 1/2 of the liner over too far left & not fully engaging the tang. i am going to send it back for a refund. they did send a return form with pre printed ups label that can be handed to a ups store or driver. that is nice. the knife just doesnt blow me away.the blade is 4 1/4" long from the edge of the handle.overall finish is nice,g10 well machined, blade is finished well, bead blast grey. im just not crazy about it,it seems a bit plain to me. this is just my opinion, others might find it much better for them.i have alot of other knives i would rather carry than this, thats another problem i personally have.

Well thank you guys, and thank you goldie for posting after you received the knife.
I decided on getting the Lone Wolf T2.
I may get the beretta later on for whoever this may concern.
