I agree, but I don't think the Lonestar will have any problem perpetrating anything without the swedge.

No doubt. But a swedge sure would look cool.

Good comparison pic next to the Bushboot. OAL is about the same. But it appears the EDC has more grip. Certainly feels that way. I was also a little put off at first by the blade shape on the EDCII, but really warmed up to it. Wouldn't use it for everything, but it certainly works well for all my every day tasks (funny how that happens).

Oh and that Tux G10 EDCII with the tapered tang and orange pin stripe is straight up pimp! Love it.

It would be cool. Funny when you carry a knife every day and use it every day that you forget what the handle is made out of. I just sort of forgot about it, but that orange pinstripe really sets it off.
