Long Clip For large Sebenza ??

I would like a longer clip for my large regular sebenza. Does anyone out there have any pics of any STR pocket clips on a sebenza. If possible a low rider clip nearly as long as the knife itself to secure it to the max ???

I haven't made any for Sebenzas that I recall. Any of them with the cut out inlay in the body where the clips lie in there nested give me more difficulty and usually end up causing me to spend far too much time on it to justify a pocket clip. I feel they are already high enough $ but clips need to be easy and fairly quick really to be feesible. This is especially true the way I work them in since I try to get these done in between other jobs that are bigger.

Um, on the Sebbies the problem is more profound due to the position of the clip. To mount one in the same spot as the original if its a low rider would be kind of difficult due to how close to the end of the folder off the edge it would be. See the low rider would have to mount somehow and the screw Chris uses is a big screw. That big head on the screw means big hole in the clip after the fold over so it can be accessed to remove and install it as needed. To drill a big hole means the clip has to be that much wider.

Now a standard clip for a Sebenza would be a different story. That is not a problem to come up with and I'm sure one could be made to fit there using the original screw mount.

My low rider clip sticky thread covers all that (top the page, page one of my forum) but don't mail that out just yet even if you print the work order form after filling it out. Give me a few to figure out my schedule before you do that please. I'm behind currently and between the holidays and some other
'inconveniences' lately to my schedule I need a couple weeks to figure some things out before I take on any more work.

Thanks for the info. I would want a standard clip for the sebenza, only longer than the original. I am in no hurry. I will hate to part with my sebenza, so I will probably wait until I can pick up a second one so I am not without....lol.. I read your other posts. Get Well FIRST, work comes second !!! I will check back often.
