Forged from 1/4 inch 52100
Heat treated in my shop with three normalizing and two tempering cycles to RC 59
Flat grind with a mat finish
Forged texture on the flats
Distal tapered tang and blade, slight recurve
Stabilized walnut crotch handle
Overall length: 13 3/4 inches
Blade: 8 1/2 inches
Leather scabbard with a belt loop

Yeah, I never thought of it as a Rifleman's Knife but long, a butt that makes it quick and easy to get out of the scabbard make it such.
