This blade has been SOLD. Thanks a lot fellow forumites!

Hi Folks,
Once again, I am forced to sell a knife that I really REALLY want to keep for myself. This is a great little "backwoods turkey carver", forged out with a thin distal taper. It is made with some of Aldo's 80CRV2(described as 5160 on steroids). The sheath is meant to slide behind a belt or sash and has tie-straps for security. Though, it can be mounted in different ways.

Long Knife
80CRV2
1/8" thk at ricasso, distal tapered to 1/16" at tip and tang.
13 5/8" OA length
4 1/2" handle
9 1/8" blade
1 1/4" at widest
Handle is leather backed, hemp wrapped and epoxy soaked
Sheath is hand sewn/tooled/dyed and wax dipped (branding scars are visable and add great character)

More detailed pictures available upon request.

Selling price is $475 shipped to anywhere in N.A.
Payment by Paypal, M/O and Personal Cheque(upon clearance from bank)... sorry, no gear, booze or livestock trades accepted.;)

Happiness Guaranty and lifetime free refurbishing, as usual.

Thanks for looking
Rick

Awesome knife! I don't know what it is about your handles. Wrapped handles never really did anything for me, until I saw your work.
