Long Overdue GAW

I'm in!

1st knife that started it all? SOG Toothlock. I no longer have this knife as I lost it :(

It was a Father's Day gift from my wife. She asked what I wanted for Father's Day and I said a new knife. She told me she had no idea what to look for so I needed to look online and pick one out. I knew nothing about knives but loved the aggressive style of the toothlock w/ it's reverse tanto recurve blade. Now that I think of it, I really liked that knife a lot!

Anyway, here's a becker to fill the photo void.....

I'm in...my first knife was a winchester fixed blade...still have it somewhere but quickly learned the hard way that there are better ways to spend my money..second blade was a becker bk2.
 
A winner will be chosen on Friday. Just a heads up in case anyone else wants in. My Gold ran out but i will be updating it. thanks

When I was somewhere around (I think) 10, my dad gave me my first real knife, a Case Arapaho. I processed my first deer with that knife and used it through the years at many camping, backpacking , and hunting trips. When I was in high school my house was broken into and they took almost everything, that knife was the one item stolen from me that pissed me off the most. That Case knife started me down the road of collecting and coveting knives. Sometime around 2002, I found a rancher that had a brand new, never used one up for sale on the bay. He had bought two when they were new and never pulled the second one from his safe.
I was really happy when I got it from him, it brought back so many memories.. I have it stored away in my safe, to give to my son as his first real knife when he is old enough.

Time to bump this one back to the top....altho I haven't taken pics yet. A package arrived today with an (as near as I can tell) Camillus BK-11 with some very cool custom Kryptoglow scales and a very nice kydex aftermarket sheath. I want to say thank you to tman for this very generous giveaway. I'm not modifying this knife; I think it's just perfect the way it is. I want to get some pics that do the knife justice, but I also wanted to give a big shout out to you and your generosity, tman.
 
Here are the pics. Hopefully I captured the beautiful sea green of the scales....and the sheath is really nice as well.
