This is my latest flipper. The blade is 4-1/4in long to the top of the handles and is made of 154CM. The bevels are satin finished to 600 grit and the flats have the smooth mill finish. The handles and clip are titanium that have had some dots drilled into them and heat colored. The pocket clip and all screws have been heat colored. Clip is set for tip up carry. Flips with no wrist action. Overall length is 9-3/8in.
Price is- Up for raffle on another forum.
Thanks for looking,
Chuck

Nice, all done by hand? Maybe a little heavy handed with the torch unless that was the flame effect you were going for, I do a lot of Ti coloring and it might help to keep the heat lower. Course you probs know all the tricks already, just my two cents.

Thanks for the kind words. I have a technique where I can get a lot more colors than just heating the TI with a torch. If you notice I can get swirls and crackles and lighter hotter colors in the center rather than just on the edges. The pictures don't show all the patterns and how bright and brilliant the colors are.

I have a heat-colored Ti framelock made by Chuck and the colors are very appealing in real life. It's subtle but yet still striking.

I think anyone would be happy to own one of Chuck's knives.

This is a flipper so it works by flipping the tab at the bottom of the blade with your finger, there is no spring. The detent is a 1/16 hardened stainless steel ball.
Thanks for looking.

Thanks for the comeback. I'm really impressed. There's something about that knife. Very graceful lines, pleasant colors, looks great.

How 'bout lettin' me pimp the hell outta your site as a trade?

:)

I forgot, the knife is gorgeous :)
