I have three AEB-L knives available. All were heat-treated in the same batch to 61 Rc. My heat-treat is done in-house and includes cryo treatment. I've been making knives part-time since 2013. My work has been featured in Blade, Knives Annual and Knife Magazine. Questions and comments are not only welcome, but appreciated. Thanks, Jess.
Longford XL
This is an XL version of my Longford. The Longford was originally designed as a fillet knife, but it also works well for a boning knife. The blade is AEB-L stainless and the handle is OD Green Canvas Micarta. The handle hardware is stainless steel Corby bolts. The blade has a full flat grind with a machine Scotch-Brite finish. Blade thickness started at .070". AOL:10-1/2" Blade: 5-1/2" $OLD shipped in the US, no sheath. I cover PP fees.

Longford XL
This is another Longford XL, but as Bob Ross would say, I had a happy little accident and needed to reduce the height of the blade. The steel is again .070" AEB-L stainless, with a Scotch-Brite finish. The handle is Maple Richlite. Richlite is a product made with recycled paper. It's very durable and food safe. It's also used in making Epicurean cutting boards. This material will darken over time to a butterscotch color. The handle hardware is stainless Corby bolts. AOL:10-1/2" Blade: 5-1/2" $125 shipped in the US, no sheath.

Antrim
This is my Antrim model. This is a great all-around knife. I have customers that use them for everything from fishing to hunting to kitchen work. In the kitchen it's an over-sized paring knife or small utility knife. The blade is AEB-L stainless with a full-flat grind and Scotch-Brite finish. The handle is Bone linen Micarta, with black G10 liners and carbon fiber pins. OAL: 9" Blade: 4-1/2". Thickness is .070" $125 shipped in the US. No sheath.
