Longshot - Heat Treat St. Louis Area

I know this will be a long shot but does anybody know of a maker or business in the St. Louis/St. Charles, Missouri area that can do a quick heat treat?
I'd want to have a blade heat treated for a possible gift and I'd like to avoid the turnaround time.
