Look what I found in the blackberry bushes. More Photos

Ooh that does look gorgeous when it's really spalted. I guess maybe the problem i've had with all the sycamore i've used is that it's spalted just a little bit, and hasn't been visible from the outsides of the boards or blocks. Maybe I've just had bad luck. The random black lines here or there in the middle of a block have messed up quite a number of turnings and handles for me =/
