Lookie! New Scandi knives!!

Thank you.
I like the old school pieces, but the scandi butterfly is pretty kewl.

It may cost me, but thank you anyway :D

Fantastic. They have some NICE knives there, and the prices aren't bad.

But the real winner is that butterfly. That's an almost exact image of the old Hackman butterfly, the "C.I.A. knife"! And they're practically giving it away!

Thank you, thank you, thank you. :D

Yesssssssssssssssssssssssssssss I finally can retire my poor beat to hell and back Hackman Folder and for not much money. Oh well Ragnar needs my money more than I do at least thats what I keep telling myself.

Bali junkies unite! XD.
I also ordered one of those clearance large Normark folders... the serrated rubber one (.... that sounds... odd).

Ribbed.

Yep, pretty neat to see that one come back. Always thought they were cool, especially with the BRIGHT RED handles. May have to get one of these for nostalgia's sake.

If sales are hot, maybe we can sernd word back up to their Arctic workshop to brighten up the handles again! :D

Great idea, beinging back the design. It's not a flipper, it's just a utility knife, and it's cheap as dirt, but I bet the quality is good.

I got my confirmation from Ragnar today, my knife is on it's way!

those modern green ones look exactly like kellam's s-line, down to the sheath.

Ragnar says there's a gap between the blade and the handle -- just like the green one I got from Kellam! :p

They are SHARP little knives, though ...

Alot of those knives look similar to the Kellams.

I'm off to make my order now. I'm gonna be p!ssed if y'all get all the butterfly knives before I get a chance at a couple.:D

Just made my order. Thankfully Ragnar is always quick, easy and painless to order through.

Now all I gotta do is hope that there's a couple left.:D

wow! puukko balis!
Of course there are not for show, maybe poorly made (coo-ee happy owners!) yet it have verrra functional tried-and-true blade, and it's cheap! I like to see utility balis (or heavy built ones)..

ummmmm hate to break it to all you bali flippers out there but if they are anything like the Hackmann you can forget about flipping them around. The handles are plastic and have almost NO weight to them and the blade channel in the handle sometimes pinches the blade so that it sticks on there. It's just an awesome camp folder that somewhat looks like a butterfly.

Yeah, like I said, "It's not a flipper, it's just a utility knife," but it's a good, lightweight, convenient utility knife. So what if it could get you arrested for carrying an evil bUttErflY knIfE. :D

As long as I can do a basic, windmill or drop opening I'll be a happy man. No sense in having a Butterfly knife more capable than I am.:D (I got a dremel tool, and I aint afraid to use it if the blade channels are too tight)

I doubt cops up here will get too excited about the legality, afterall I could carry a matched set of S&W .500 Magnums concealed legally up here, so I can't imagine a cheapie flutterby knife being a problem. :D

I just want a solid little beater/camp knife myself. I'm not looking to replace any $200 knives with it, I'm kinda keeping it in the same user class as my Opinels and Moras. Definitely better than continuing to beat the hell outta my Lonewolf out in the construction field.

FWIW, you know Ragnar processed my order about fifteen minutes after I put it in. Howzat for customer service?!
