I love my Izula 2......I did get a custom Kydex sheath from Azwelke..... It now hangs from black oxide bead chain..... Carry it most days... Hardly know it is there until I need it.

I have a bk11 and love it (added micarta handle ~ even better). But think it's too much for a necklace... for that I use a Buck hartsook sv30 ~ $25 ish shipped.

I believe the A G Russell Woodswalker meets all of your requirements. For the money it is a great little knife, I have several.

The A.G. Russel Hunter Scalpel and Woodswalker are both excellent knives and are very lightweight, which is something I really appreciate in a neck knife. The Hunter Scalpel is $20 and the Woodswalker is $28 (with the kydex sheath options).
