DIESEL do you know how to sharpen your knives?? Because I can't sharpen for s**t so when I buy a knife I usually will lean towards kershaw, or ZT. Or would you want a steel that holds edges longer than others? Like a S30V, CPM 154, etc blade. Or do you not care for longevity? I haven't had any experiences with Cold Steel's AUS-8, but I have with SOG's and that edge doesn't last long
