Hey fellas! So you all have been a tremendous help with getting me started whittling, but I'm far from being done looking for advice and suggestions.

Here is my stick & knife, razor sharp d2 at 15* angle

Any suggestions on patterns and such to put into my little practice buddy here? I have a dremel and other things to help out, but I'd like some practice with just a good'ol knife.

All suggestions and technique are appreciated!

I apologize if the link is a no no.... I tried to link directly to his gallery strictly for artistic discussion.... I'm in no way trying to sell anything, which would be hard to do anyway as he has nothing to sell and is booked up for years in advance on orders....you'd have better luck placing an order with some of the harder to get knife makers for a custom piece..... strictly taken by the mans work and trying to show what CAN be done with patience and practice....

The youtube videos show the process start to finish....worth watching a few just for the amazement of it...
