Looking Back on Knob Creek April 2011

Getting my lists started for my Cheesecake Knob Creek bakeathon..Gonna be baking like a crazy woman this weekend. Oh did I mention that I making Jerry's favorite cheesecake.....Bacon and Bleu Cheese:eek::eek:

Good thing you're bringing the beer Eric, I think I might have to be a little drunk to eat a blue cheese and bacon cheese cake :o :D


But, if Amy made it, it has to be tasty
 
Oh man, That cheesecake needs to travel in a seperate vehicle to The Creek. Such existence is wrong....lol. I will still stick with raspberry swirl or reeses!
 
On a further note however, Amy made it taste as good as it could possibly get for such a combination!
 
I already couldn't wait for my first Knob Creek! Now I hear bacon and bleu cheese cheesecake! I didn't know heaven was only a few hours north...
 
I reckon if you could get some peanut butter and/or honey into that cheesecake of Jerry's you'd have a real delicacy. If honey didn't work I reckon caramel sauce would.

As it's becoming a well known cake, maybe it needs an acronym: Maybe something with HH in it (my heart would be heavy with cholesterol after eating it!), something with F in it for the Fusion of extreme ingredients, LE due to it's once a year baking - HHFCCLE. I'd love a slice!
