Any suggestions? I've got about 250 holes to drill and thought I'd be quicker/cleaner with a punch. However, I'm having trouble finding anything air powered that has interchangeable sizes. I know they're out there, but my google-fu is apparently weak today.

So a 9/64 hole in 11 gauge steel should be doable. Smallest punch I can find is 4mm which should be usable if I switch to 10-32 instead of 8-32.

Whew! if only there were a universal size to make that less confusing. . .

The punch will be the cheap part.....and they aren't cheap. The press is where the money is spent. Unless you really don't want to drill holes, I think drilling 250 9/64 holes in sheet metal would be the best idea.

Heck, I bet you could waterjet the parts and holes from sheet for far less than the press and dies will cost.

Well, I was looking for pneumatic instead of hydraulic. Much cheaper, but I can't find it in the size I need.
