Looking for a bladesmith in Mexico

A few months ago I read a post by a bladesmith in Mexico, in the Guadalajara-Nayarit area. I've searched for the past couple of hours and come up with nothing. I don't see any listing for Mexico in the regional sub forum. Any help of search tips would be appreciated.
