The Boker Plus Urban Survival is a thin pen-like blade. It used to come with both a glass breaker and a pen clicker end piece. Don't know if it still includes both. I'm not sure I would want anything bigger clipped inside a polo. But I think it was designed for exactly what the OP described. And comes in Camo, in case you want it to disappear on your shirt. Below is the description from the Manufacturers site....

With an overall length of 5 3/4" and a blade length of 1 5/8", the Urban Survival Camo offers the ultimate in carrying comfort with its compact dimensions. I don't know if there have been significant upgrades or changes to this knife or not, but the one I bought years ago is not one I have EVER carried or tried to use. It's narrow, slick, hard to hold effectively, and has the stiffest ball detent I've ever seen on a production folder. Opening it is a two-hand job at all times. I wouldn't recommend it, despite the guy on Youtube who repeatedly flicks his BPUS open (claims it's as it came from the box) and keeps saying "I don't know what people are whining about; mine works just fine."

To the OP: you could also buy a cheap flea market knife for its short clip and epoxy it into place on the Micro Recon.
