Looking for a company that can do 3D Milled Handles

I've talked to a few places with less-than-desirable results.

Does anybody do 3D milled handles on your knives?

Or know of a company that has worked with knifemakers before?
(I don't want to be someone's 'maiden voyage'...)

I need somebody reliable and not-too-expensive. I will be doing only 20-30 handle sets at a time.
