I "customized" a standard leather Buck sheath by cutting off the flap and coloring the "wound" with a Sharpie. Makes a nice open top, drop-in holster for around $10 or so.
I can also dig up the name if you wish of the guy who makes the holster pictured below, or one very much like it (I cannot recall), but you would have to send him your 110. Its what I was looking for before I decided to vivisect my own holster and save some . . . well . . . bucks.
