looking for a decent sized kitchen knife

i have a used kabar bk 11 some rub marks and stains on the blade but still in good shape. needs abit of sharpening

and i also have a ontario rat 2 which is also used and has some small stains on the blade as well also will need a bit of sharpening still smooth and fast deployment.
