Found a Spyderco Mule in CPM M4 for $150 shipped. No sheath or handle scales.

Thats what I thought. I saw them for like $70 a while back. But they arnt being made anymore so...

$70 was probably the original cost or very close. The day after they sold out, the price would have popped up quite a bit.
