Looking for a Folder $60 and under

Spyderco Endura - Fairly good steel with an excellent slicing grind.
Buck Vantage Pro - Premium S30V steel with the best heat treat. G10 scales are surprisingly smooth(almost like micarta). Rest of the construction might come across as a bit "cheap", specifically the thin stainless liner, but my small one has yet to fail me.
American Lawman - Lots of bang for the buck. AUS8 is a pretty decent steel, the grind is excellent for slicing, and the ergos is excellent. Feels great and secure in the hand. Only quirks are the cheap black teflon coating(people often remove it themselves) and the overly aggressive G10 that eats up your jeans.

I like the extra weight on those. I'm thinking on a Cold Steel. Thanks for replying!

Definitely a new Recon-1. They're big & bad, tough as nails, light as a feather at around 4 oz. and have a 4" razor sharp blade with a triad lock and G-10 scales.

Check out my Recon -1 that I stripped the teflon coating off the new tanto and re-shaped the tip a bit. Trying to look like my XM-18 a little. :D
