Looking for a Folder. HELP!

OK maybe $139 is too much... but for an under 4 inch do-everything knife I'm really partial to the Wegner Professional Hunters Knife.
 
What type of work are you going to be using it for? Are you going to be using it all day long, is it going to ride in your pants pocket or in a belt sheath for half the time? Out of all of my knives, the best one for using all day that I have is my Spyderco Native III, it has a comfortable handle and stays sharp. My EDC is an M16 spear point from CRKT, not their model named an EDC, but an old M16, sans the flipper, and a little Spyderco lady bug that rides in my back pocket all day long. Sometimes I'll alternate also between a Cold Steel Voyager small clip point, a Spyderco Delica or a CRKT Navajo.
