Looking for a "gentlemens" knife

I would suggest the CRK Mnandi or if you want a WH Rio.

They are both great gentlemans knives, I have both. Very sweet. The Mnandi is a bit more hard use.

If you have the time, take a look at www.agrussell.com

He has a truly tremendous selection of gentleman's folders.
Including many exclusives, with exotic and beautiful handle materials.

I suggest you could start with the Klotzli, William Henry, and A.G. Russell knives.
But you're sure to find others as well.

I just got an Al Mar Talon Hawk ultralight. I'm pretty impressed with it. It's replacing my leek for dress carry and everyday carry. Very light.

+1 Mnandi here too. Second only to a nice single bladed slip joint it's my favorite.

The Fallkniven P series knives seem to fit your requirements. I find I'm carrying my P/3G Cocobolo often on weekends.
For a smaller gentleman's knife I prefer my Mnandi or my Koji Hara Atlanta Lady.

Boker 02040, titanium w/ceramic blade. Doesn't exactly meet all your specifications, but it is definitely a class act. I have used mine in Morton's Steakhouse without problems.
