Looking for a good carry knife??

Randy & ALL, I am also new to Blade Forums, I have sold afew ,and traded a few,participated in some good dialogue,and even spoke with a few new friends on the phone. The Knifecollector is dead on ,when he says that 99.9% of the members are honorable,I have not had a bad experience yet,and I feel as if this forum is a knife club to me.

Yes still have the rat knife and will never part with it. I have a few others that I will never let go. I made the mistake of trading a couple of T. Bose knives that I had and still kick myself over it. I got them from a guy for $100 ea. about 12 years ago.

Just checked out the Exchange. Do any old Case knive's turn up or is it mostly new production and custom?

That is awesome that you still have that knife that he made for you!! How cool is that? If you turn on your PM's, I have some links of sites to send you. I dunno, you just have to watch the Exchange to see what shows up!

Anyway, I doubt you'll find too many Case knives up on the exchange very often. It happens, I'm sure, but doesn't seem to happen often. I would recommend one of the higher-end Spydercos or Benchmades for a user- Manix or something like that.
 
A SHE knifecollector, awesome,you see what I mean,it's like I'm finding things out all the time,every time I log in. Since I've jioned,I've bought 3 customs from awesome makers that I didn't even know existed. I also was able to donate some knives to troops in Iraq,wouldn't even know where to do that if I hadn't read the sticky,it even motivated me to attend my first knife show,N.Y.C.K.S,last Nov.,it's really cool,I'm into it.
 
I never knew there were so many quality knife makers out there. I now have it narrowed down to 4 makes and models but I will probably get 2 of them. This site is going to be expensive to hang around at ;)

Boozoo, I'm glad somebody else out there pushed Knifeworks.com a bit. I've known Roger, and have been buying knives from him for the past 10 years. Outstanding speed and service, and a helluva nice guy. Usually the lowest price on anything you buy, too. If not the lowest, he's usually equal or close, and you can't beat the customer service he gives.
 
That Case Slimlock looks very nice! After seeing the kershaw nakamura in another thread and now this, I want both! Not everyday I see so many knives I actually want. I don't know if this is a good or bad thing. :eek:
