Looking for a good econo-chopper. Suggestions?

Buy a billhook - common in Europe, but also available in the US. Condor make a double edged version with a plastic handle, but for the same price you can buy an English 19th century one on eBay. If you don't know what a billhook is, look at www.billhooks.co.uk
