looking for a good folder with flipper

I would go with the Kershaw Groove or wait for the NRG.

My personal favorite in non-SpeedSafe is the Groove! Home-run Kershaw!

I handled RJ Martin's personal Groove. BEAUTIFUL piece, well worth the price Kershaw wants for 'em. Super smooth, F&F is superb

Thanks for the replies people.
Definately got me thinking.

With this Groove, does the 3D blade affect the ability to sharpen it?

I think I'll end up with half these knives.

ZT0200, Junkyard Dog, Trance.

Also decided I need the Mini Commander from Emerson and also the CQC-11

Problem is where do I start?

The grooves on the Groove are decorative. They don't interfere with use or sharpening.

Me, too. Trance first, JYD next. I think the 200 is the best of the ZT line.

I've been using a Boker Trace as my edc for a few weeks now and like the flip action a lot. It's a fairly small knife that fits in your pocket easily. Best part is at work when I’m holding something with one hand. I just reach in my pocket, slide out my
Trace and flip that little son of a gun. Makes life so easy. Only problem is the flip action gets so smooth it becomes addicting

If you can, Look around for one of the CRKT M16 Tanto's with the Carbon Fiber Scales. M16-14FK. Mine has a flipper and the lawks system. AUS8 with a Polished black blade and about an inch of serrations. You may get lucky and find one....
