Looking for a maker to finish a tomahawk

Looking for a maker to finish a tomahawk blank made from A2 tool steel. I want the blank sharpened, heat treated, blue finish and micarta/G-10 handles. Any help would be appreciated. Mods if this is the wrong section please move to the correct section.
