Looking for a master to teach the trade of sheath making

I'm hoping to find someone knowledgeable in the art of crafting survival knife sheaths. I'm fairly proficient when it comes to make and building things, but I would be very appreciative of advice on material acquisition. And perhaps some tips and tricks on what to do and what not to do. I'm making a sheath for my new Ontario Blackbird SK5, if that helps. Thank you.
