Looking for a neck knife

I recently picked up a BM 211, but the 210's good to (One's D2, the other's S30V & they're both 5.5" OAL with a 2 1/8" blade). My preference for a neck knife, though, are:
HAK, but I don't know if the company's reliable anymore.
Spyderco SPOT: Getting harder to find & more expensive.
Emerson La Griffe: My current neck knife at the moment.

All the other choices given are very good, too, but I tend to prefer a finger hole.

Big Bo Looking for a neck knife

What do you recc for an EDC neck knife?

I am in CA and understand that I can not carry concealed a blade that is over 2" long, or that can used to stab.

Hey there, fellow California Knife-Carrier...
Hate to burst your bubble, but ALL fixed blade knives in concealed carry mode are illegal in Cali; no blade limit, no function of "stab" limitation: None.
Now, OPEN CARRY is a different matter: ANY length is legal in Cali~ but you will be hassled by LEOs & looked at with strange glances by others.
You can be "legal" and carry it OVER your shirt, jacket, coat, safety vest or whatever you're wearing that day, pain tho that may be, you can TRY to get a CCW permit (for a knife is near impossible), OR you can live by the motto: Better to be judged by twelve than to be carried by six. Remember to say at your trial, you carried "an edged tool," for handyman purposes, NOT a weapon for violent purposes. Also, choose an innocuous model name: Camper's Friend, Woodswalker, or Woodsman's Pal, over Professional Soldier, or Tactical Killer, Extreme Ops Ninja Cutter. Special Tactical Assault Blade...
You KNOW which group above will be perceived as premeditated assault if you defend yourself with the thing, Heaven forbid. Sheeple who supply juries will be biased by the prosecution, for it is that Pros~ JOB to do so... All of this information on Cali~ and all 50 states is found in a knife-lover's book, David S. Wong, Esquire, who, as a lawyer, has dealt with these matters extensively, hence his writing to knife-lovers everywhere in his book: "Knife Laws of the Fifty States."
As to the "2 inch rule," that you referred to, this applies to two types: Balisongs, and Automatic knives; YES, you can carry them in Cali~ concealed! But ONLY if they are <2 inch blade length: BL defined by edge portion of what we call the blade... Anything over that is not "California legal."
Which part of "shall not be infringed" did California not understand? All of it...
"Free men should not have to ask permission to bear arms." Sigh... :(
