Looking for a new folder.

SOG Terminus xr, 3" blade, axis style lock and I'd say right between a mini and regular grip for size.

Got myself the carbon fiber/S35VN version and other than the break in period taking a bit long it's been a surprisingly nice knife

Alright guys so I ended up getting the new bailout, everyone seems to like the bugout with the possible exception to the flexing and durability. The new bailout has aluminum scales and m4 blade steel, never used a tanto before (imo not the most useful utility blade) but I'll post back here once I get it and use it a bit. Thanks for the opinions on the blades, I'm still going to pick up an ex-01 in the somewhat near future, next time I need a bigger folder that's not Adamas sized, great knife if your looking for a fixed blade but you want the fixed blade to be able to fold on occasion, I can't see ever breaking it. Though every time I say that it somehow ends up breaking.

Glad to hear! Looking forward to your thoughts and the inevitable purchase of a Bugout ;)

They put 20cv and a backspacer on there or maybe an extra barrel spacer or two, I'm running like a kid to the candy store to pick one up.

535-1901 + Rockscale backspacer= start running!

Alright so I got the bailout and so far so good. Thin and light, seems more than durable enough and it's about the right size to. I see why they're so popular, I can't say the tanto is as useful as something like drop point but its got a good curve to it and works for what I need. I want to pick up a buyout even more now. That backspacer looks great btw, the pommel for me anyway isn't the most useful on the bailout, but as they say its better to have and not need than to not have and need.
