Looking for a new inexpensive knife...

I like the Junkyard Dog, as well. Reminds me of my father's flying days in the Navy. The only thing that stops me is that it's a linerlock, isn't it? If it's a framelock, let me know, as I would be interested in one myself. What do they go for? About $40?
 
Cuchunga – I don’t know why the “flipper” wouldn’t be legal. The knife has no spring assist or anything. Opening it is just like opening a knife by flicking a thumb stud.

Confederate – I’m still looking hard at the Native, might pick one up sooner or later (probably sooner then later). Yeah, like Cuchuga said it’s a frame lock and yeah they go for around $40. I’d strongly recommend it; the more I handle it the more I like it.
